How We Ship Your Chocolates

  • Fast Processing: We prepare most orders within 1 business day, generally shipping Monday through Thursday to ensure your chocolates stay fresh and don’t sit over the weekend.
  • Quick Delivery: We aim for transit time of 1-5 days after shipment, though transit times depend on your location, weather, and carrier schedules.
  • Weather Protection: To keep your chocolates perfect, we may pause shipping to very warm areas or hold orders until cooler temperatures arrive. If this affects your order for more than a few days, our friendly team will email you right away to discuss options.
  • Scheduled Delivery: To help your gift arrive on time, we'll ship your order before your selected delivery date, using a carrier with an estimated transit time to arrive on your selected date. While we strive to hit your targeted date, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen carrier delays or faster-than-expected delivery.
  • Your Role: In warmer weather, please track your package and be ready to receive it upon delivery to prevent melting.

Keeping Your Chocolates Cool
Chocolates want to stay in temperatures below 70°F, so we take special care during warmer months:

  • Cool Packaging: We use ice packs and insulated materials when needed to protect your chocolates during transit.
  • Smart Timing: We avoid shipping late in the week, so your chocolates don’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

Affordable Shipping with a Sweet Deal
We know shipping costs can be disappointing, but we’re committed to delivering your premium chocolates in top-notch condition. That’s why we use fast, reliable shipping methods and protective packaging to protect your chocolate!

  • Discounted Rates: Enjoy our flat-rate shipping on orders under $80, where we cover part of the shipping cost for you on most orders.
  • Free Shipping: Spend $80 or more, and we’ll ship your order for free!
