PROMOTION OVERVIEW

Join us in celebrating our very first year with a chance to win chocolate prizes that tell the story of our Pacific Northwest roots and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Entry Method:

Participants may enter by scanning the QR code at the Washington State Fair and submitting contact information (name and email address required) via the Spin-to-Win campaign form. No purchase necessary. For Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), email ProTeam@PuyallupChocolates.com with your full name, email address, and request to enter by 9:30 PM Pacific Time on 9/21/2025; Sponsor will enter your name and email into the drawing, ensuring equal odds.

By entering, participants may opt-in to email marketing via an optional checkbox; opting in allows Sponsor to retain and use contact information per the Privacy Policy at https://puyallupchocolates.com/policies/privacy-policy. Limit one (1) spin per person. Multiple entries or automated entries are not permitted and may result in disqualification.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Potential prize winners are picked at random by means of software provided by a third-party vendor, with potential outcomes based on the number of entries and available prizes at the time of play.

Participants spin a digital prize wheel for a chance to win one of the following prizes:

Capped prizes are randomly assigned to times throughout the contest duration. First eligible entry at each designated time wins the corresponding prize. If no entry at the designated time, the prize is not awarded. Odds of winning depend on number of spins and prize availability at the time of participation. AMOE entries via email are based on the submission time by Sponsor. The Sponsor is not aware of which prizes may be assigned to which times, ensuring equal odds of winning as QR code entries. Prizes may be capped at Sponsor’s discretion. Non-winning entries receive Free Shipping prize, subject to verification. Winners of prizes valued at $600.00 or more must provide all information necessary to complete IRS Forms W-2G and 5754.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Immediate Prizes: The Free Sampler Box will be available for immediate pickup at the event.

Digital Prizes: Discount codes and shipping credits will be emailed within 48 hours to the address provided during participation.

Grand Prize: The Free Chocolate For A Year winners will be contacted within 1 week to arrange monthly delivery schedule and preferences.

Shipping: For prizes requiring shipment, delivery will occur within 2-3 weeks of the event. Shipping limited to contiguous United States.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return any forms, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prize Restrictions:

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Promo codes and digital prizes must be redeemed by 10/31/2025.
• Limit one (1) prize per participant.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

As a condition of participating in this contest, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties or causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the Puyallup Tribal Court.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this contest will be disqualified from the contest.

Any personal data collected from entrants will be collected in accordance with the “Sweepstakes and Contest Privacy Policy” (“Privacy Policy”) maintained by Sponsor. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of the personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Official rules are available at the Puyallup Chocolates booth at the Washington State Fair and on the entry webpage.

Participation Requirements:

• Must be physically present at event location to participate and redeem Free Sampler Box prize.
• Participants may only spin once during promotion period
• Sponsor reserves right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent entries
• Participants must provide accurate contact information

General Provisions:

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel promotion due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
• All decisions by sponsor regarding prize awards and interpretation of rules are final
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
• Winner agrees to allow use of name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation

Limitations:

• Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed mail, or other factors beyond sponsor control
• Prizes subject to availability; comparable substitutions may be offered
• Void where prohibited by law

Privacy:

• Contact information collected solely for prize fulfillment and optional marketing communications
• Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Information will not be sold or shared with third parties

Product Information:

• All chocolate products contain potential allergens including milk, wheat, nuts, and soy
• Full ingredient lists available upon request
• Products manufactured in facility that processes tree nuts and milk

Sweepstakes and Contest Privacy Policy

In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how Puyallup Chocolates, LLC (“we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information that we obtain about the participants (“you” or “your”) in our sweepstakes and contests (“Sweepstakes”).  

By providing us with your information, you agree that your information will be handled as described in this Policy. 

The Information We Collect About You

All information we collect about you comes from your entry form or from communications from you in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt of a prize. We do not retain any information about you in connection with the Sweepstakes unless you are notified that you are a winner.

If you are notified by us that you are a winner of our Sweepstakes, we will ask you to provide us with your full name, mailing address, tax identification number and such other information as is required to lawfully deliver the prize to you.  This information is required in order for us to fulfill your prize (as applicable) and for our legal compliance and record keeping purposes.

Any other information collected from you in connection with the Sweepstakes is held by us as part of an anonymized statistical database. 

If you opt-in to email marketing during entry, your contact information (name and email) will be retained and used per our Privacy Policy at https://puyallupchocolates.com/policies/privacy-policy. Otherwise than as stated, no individually identifiable information, except for winners, will be retained after the contest ends.

 

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To fulfill your prize to you.
• To comply with legal obligations, including our record keeping purposes.
• To develop statistical models of consumer demand for chocolate products
